We recommend having an attorney review any contracts before execution.

5. Ownership of Content

You retain ownership of all content you create or generate through the platform, including proposals, contracts, client data, and branding materials. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the AI generation capabilities

7. Service Availability

Boots On The Ground AI is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to damages arising from reliance on AI-generated content.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Illinois.
